Você pode ajustar a tensão conforme sua necessidade, esticando a cinta elástica até atingir o conforto e suporte desejado. <br />
Para evitar a irritação da pele, certifique-se de que o fecho aderente das extremidades da cinta não toque na sua pele.<br />
Por fim, para dar mais sustentação e apoio, ajuste as faixas adicionais (presas na parte posterior) nas laterais da cinta.</span></span></span></p>
